(Assuming thats how AG team would like the check and balance to be)... e.g. of
some positions that need to be held accountable by President/AG Comm : credit
card coords, donor relations coord..)

update on the mailing databse: shailja and suresh have updated zone2 (boston part only) 132 envelopes. on the aid database.

dinesh updated the mailing status for the remaining zone2

sree: had told aid central that she is going to shift mailing of dishaa and TMIA from boston. no collective ownership of the mailing. so arbitrary schedules.

first decision: do we want to continue to be responsible for mailing for zone2. 
the nature of the TMIA is going to change. try to make it more decentralised. 
dishaa will remain as it is (quarterly)

supp to have newsletter every month. TMIA. quarterly you get dishaa. make TMIA an e-newsletter and then the chapters are responsible for the distribution.

so we still need to do the TMIA mailing but the number of mails to send out will go down in non-dishaa months.

lets set a date and schedule

1. change the return address in the doc file. and make it a pdf file. sree to mail it to mona

2.  mail it to copytech with number of copies. to get the # of copies run the database through the cd and it gives you the number of labels. send files to print labels to copytech, email the files to copytech. suggestion: mona, or shailja

3. pick up the prints and the labels. this can be done by copytech deliver to aid office. 

4. schedule the stuffing and labelling: shailja will schedule the mailing. co-ordinate with ullal and manisha.

5. envelopes: manisha will make sure that we have enough. printing will be done either at the old waltham place

6. mailing: ullal will do the physical mailing. sree makes sure that bulk mailing and copytech have enough money in them.
