An introduction to various admin work related to Treasury, Database, Mailing and Webpages. This will be a in-depth coverage of what is done, how it is done and what more needs to be done. We will also come up with suggested work that individual chapters can take up as tasks.

Also we will present the zone concept. A 'zone' will be a set of chapters working together. The admin tasks will be carried out among these chapters. The idea is that this would reduce the amount of work that needs to be carried out at HQ. This would also make things faster in terms of response and also allow for a new system to be created. A zone is afoot and details of this would be presented at the conference.
