  Welcome

  Dr. Bhagat's Inaugural Address

Session S01 - AID Plan

This session will introduce the AID plan of seed and focus villages, and review the progress made towards implementing the plan. This session will also cover new developments/issues in the plan such as focus NGOs. After a review of the progress made in the plan, the stage will be open for discussion and development of action items for AID chapters regarding the role they need to play towards implementing the plan.

Though a number of AID volunteers have been involved in project reviews, many of us do not have a clear idea of the plan and how to do projects in the context of the existing plan. This session gives plenty of time for people to come up to speed with the plan, have all their questions answered and also to brainstorm and come up with a specific list of action items that they can follow.
