Travel/Accomodation

We can try and schedule to pick you up at the airport or the bus station if you want. If you haven't already indicated this in your registration form, please send us an email.

Long distance travellers - to car pool with others on the way click here.

About accomodation if you are unable to make your own arrangements, we can arrange something here. Typically this will mean sharing an apartment with an AID volunteer here. If you haven't indicated this in the registration form already, please contact one of us.

Airline Deals

Interested in attending the conference, couldn't get your tickets booked on time, and think it might be too late now?
  • Have you tried priceline.com, expedia.msn.com, southwest.com (you can fly in to Providence on Southwest)?
  • Even if you can't find a good deal to Boston/Providence, you could consider flying in to a nearby chapter and driving with other volunteers from there. Check the registration page to try and hook up with others driving up to Boston.
